How do you get from Tustin to our studio?

Most people take Red Hill Avenue or the 55 south, and the drive is about 10 to 20 minutes without traffic. The studio is at 18021 Sky Park Circle, Suite N, Irvine, CA 92614, near John Wayne Airport, and we do not have a location in Tustin.

You will pass the District at Tustin Legacy, the old blimp hangars and the Tustin Marketplace area. Parking is free at our building.

Can you fit visits around school pick-up and a family schedule?

Yes. We are open daily 8am to 9pm, so there is room before school, after school or on a weekend. A 20-minute upper lip visit ($50) fits between drop-off and the first meeting of the day.

Why do new chin and lip hairs show up later in life?

Hormone shifts can bring new chin, jaw and upper lip hairs, and that happens to many women around pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause. These hairs are often few, coarse and stubborn, or soft and pale.

Tweezing every week gets old, and tweezed hairs can turn into ingrowns. Electrolysis treats each one at the root. If hair appears suddenly or in large amounts, ask your doctor first. We cover this on PCOS facial hair, and the upper lip and chin pages show the usual plan.

What do the most common services cost?

Chin and upper lip are the two most booked areas, and together they cost $115 for about 50 minutes.

AreaTimePrice
Upper lip20 min$50
Chin30 min$65
Upper lip and chin together50 min$115
Cheek, neck or hairline45 min$90
Hormonal (PCOS) session60 min$110

Everyone gets a free consultation. The first session is $25 off, and the referral credit for a friend is $25. A 5-visit pack takes off 10%, and 10 visits take off 15%. See all prices.

What does a course look like for a busy parent?

A parent can finish a small-area course with weekly visits first and then longer gaps. The number of sessions depends on the hair, not on the calendar.

MonthsRhythmYour time per month
1 to 3WeeklyAbout 80 to 120 min for upper lip and chin
4 to 9Every 2 to 3 weeksAbout 40 to 100 min
10 to 18Every 4 to 6 weeksAbout 50 min

Typical, not a promise. Most small areas need 8 to 15 sessions over 9 to 18 months.

Can my partner or I treat other areas too?

Yes, and many households book more than one person. Men can treat beard lines, necks and shoulders, which we explain on the men's electrolysis page. Women often add underarms, a bikini line or legs later on.

What should you expect after the visit?

Your skin will be pink and a little tender for a few hours, and you can go straight back to your day. Skip makeup on the area for several hours, do not pick, and keep it clean. That means you can drive to school pick-up after your appointment.

Is the studio calm and clean enough for a sensitive skin day?

Yes, because every session uses a new sterile single-use probe and the skin is cleansed first. Aida cleanses the area first and works slowly, which suits people who have never tried it. If you are nervous, say so at the consultation and she will go at your pace.

Many Tustin clients ask what to do on the day of an event, such as a school function or family photos. Plan the visit two or three days before, not the same morning, because pinkness and small bumps can take a few hours to a day to settle. Apply nothing heavy on the area, and use a gentle moisturizer if you need one.

What about the cost of a whole course?

A rough guide helps with family budgeting, and your consultation gives the real number. Take the upper lip at $50 and a typical 8 to 15 sessions: that is about $400 to $750 before the $25 first-visit discount and any pack savings. The chin at $65 would be about $520 to $975 under the same range. These are estimates for planning, not a quote or a promise.

A 10-visit pack at 15% off lowers those totals, and gift cards are available if someone wants to give you the first sessions as a present.

Questions

Do you have a Tustin location?

No. We are only in Irvine at 18021 Sky Park Circle, Suite N. Tustin is about 10 to 20 minutes away without traffic.

What is the best route from Old Town Tustin?

Newport Avenue to the 55 south, or Red Hill Avenue south, both lead toward the airport area.

I am a mom who tweezes chin hairs. Is electrolysis worth it?

Many clients find it worth it, because tweezing is a weekly job and electrolysis removes the hair at the root. Plan on 8 to 15 sessions for a small area.

Is new facial hair after pregnancy normal?

Hormone shifts can change hair growth, and it is common. If it is sudden or heavy, see your doctor, and we can treat the hair itself.

Can I bring a child with me?

We suggest arranging care if you can. The room needs to stay calm and sterile, and the work is precise.

How much do chin and upper lip cost together?

$115 for about 50 minutes. The first session is $25 off.

Is it painful enough that I will need a break afterward?

Most clients return to normal activities right away. You feel warmth and brief stings, and skin may be pink for a few hours.

Do you offer a gift card?

Yes, gift cards are available through Square and linked on our prices page.
